Influenced by the unique climate of Lake Victoria and the River Katonga, this natural Robusta from Kisakye Coffee Nursery in Kirinya Village, truly captures the essence of its origin. Grown at an altitude of 1,150–1,250 m.a.s.l., the coffee reflects the region’s rich terroir. Fully ripe cherries were handpicked and floated to remove low-density and defective beans, then slowly dried on raised beds under direct sunlight to a moisture level of 12%. Drying was then carefully controlled under poly screen nets until the beans reached 11% moisture content, after which they were stored unhulled (kiboko) resulting in a deep, bold, and sweet cup.
