A vibrant cup layered with ripe fruit and delicate floral notes. Exceptionally sweet and well-balanced, it features a long, clean finish highlighted by bright citric acidity.

Located in southern Burundi’s Bururi Province, Rukanda Commune, at an elevation of 2,100 meters and an average annual rainfall of 1,500–1,700 mm, Cangwe Washing Station processes only the finest red Bourbon Arabica cherries. The station receives coffee from smallholder producers in nearby hills such as Rukanda and Songa.

 Each lot is carefully selected, with farmers meticulously sorting out underripe, overripe, and foreign matter before delivering freshly harvested cherries to the washing station the same day—ensuring the remarkable consistency and cup quality that define this coffee.
